Volkswagen team presents itself at Essen Motor Show
6 days before taking of the start of the Dakar Rally the Volkswagen factory team will be presenting itself at the Motor Show in Essen from 01 to 10 December. All factory drivers and co-drivers will be meeting with the audience in interview and autograph sessions during the fair that attracts about 400,000 motorsport aficionados every year. Among others, at Volkswagen's stand in hall 3, the evolution of the “Dakar“ prototype of the Volkswagen Race Touareg 2 as well as a “Service Touareg“, a vehicle designed to accompany the team during the Dakar Rally, will be showcased.
