Preliminary 2010 Baja 1000 Course Map
SCORE International, the organizer for the Baja 1000 has released a preliminary course map for this years running. The 43th Baja 1000 is a so called peninsula run and starts in Ensenada at the northern half of the Baja peninsula and the finish line is in La Paz, the capital of Baja California Sur. SCORE also states on their website drawing for starting positions will be held on Saturday, October 9. 2010 and that the race course will be marked and open for pre-running from Ojos Negros to La Paz on Wednesday, October 27. 2010
Also available via the SCORE website in the Baja 1000 section a welcome letter from the secretary of tourism of Baja California Sur, Lic. Jacobo Turquie Alcerreca on behalf of the government of BCS. He’s pleased to welcome the visitors to the 43rd edition of the SCORE Baja 1000 from the 17th to 20st of November 2010 at BCS and La Paz.
