Jesse James Trophy-Truck #54
Jesse james and his #54 Chevy Trophy-Truck doing some laps at the Baja 300 Powerdays in Germany. This video is from the Handy Gemeinde and therefore taken with a handy (cellphone). The quality is not soooo good yet it shows some of the track where the main event is happening today at the Lausitz. Sal Fish, the president of SCORE Intl. announced also for 2010 a “real” 300 mile race in the area of this years event. Today’s event is thought as introduction to the European off-road fans – in particular for the Trophy truck and Class1 vehicles participating, giving the spectators some of the Baja feeling. Unfortunately was the option not givne to ship more different class vehicles to that event. This will be different with next years race.
“Since 3 years is Armin racing in the US and participates in the SCORE desert racing series. From the beginning he had the idea to bring this kind of racing to Europe. We at SCORE share this pionier spirit and the result is: let’s go 2010 to Europe – in race speed!” said Fish at the announcement
