Fighting cancer with tacos

For the 2009 SCORE Baja 1000 the Locos Mocos pit crew will do more than run a pit — we’ll be cooking up our own Locos Mocos Pit Tacos at Borrego Junction to generate donations for the Castro-Limon Foundation for Baja kids with cancer. Based in Tijuana, the Castro-Limon Foundation exists to provide moral and economic support for low income children afflicted with this serious disease.
And we’re looking for donations ourselves to help finance our effort to give something back to the people of Baja.
If you can spare $100 to help buy ingredients it would be a big help. All proceeds from this effort will, of course, go to the Castro-Limon Foundation.
