B.j. Baldwin update: penalty has been lifted.
O-tone B.J. Baldwin “Very sad news today for Andy Mcmillin, Rob Mac, Larry Roesler, and Robby Gordon. 30 minute penalty has been lifted.” At a earlier post on his FB wall B.J. baldwin stated: :How can you enforce a rule that nobody knows about? If you ask someone if you can do something and they say yes and then they burn you for it, isn’t that called entrapment? If it’s public land why can’t we use it? We pay our taxes right? What happened to equal enforcement of the law? Is that freedom? 14 years of doing …the same thing but now it’s wrong. How is this fair?”
Comment by editor: We are sure a former champ and top contender does not need to cheat in any way before or doing a race. Glad B.J. Baldwin can start at the Primm 300, Period. ’nuff said!
